The results of selxavg3-sess using data preprocessed to match the mni305 template are viewed using tkmedit

tkmedit -s <sessid> -analysis <analysis name> -c <contrast name>

For example, after running selxavg3-sess -s FS_0183 -analysis FAM.sm4.mni , the bold directory for this subject will contain a folder for the FAM.sm4.mni analysis. I ran several contrasts, including one for task and one for familiar_vs_unfamiliar. The task contrast can be viewed in tkmedit thus:
